I carried out a relaxation session with a person suffering from cancer, in order to give them some form of mental relief and reduce their allergy in the medication.
Leaving from there, I felt as if I was encompassed by a “heavy” aura of pain and anxiety, like no other I have felt before with a patient. I suspect that the patient has connected herself to a collective field of pain and anxiety, am I right? Is this the reason why those who practice reiki don’t take on cases like this?
I’m considering using reiki symbols for her mental healing/relaxation in order that I may lead her towards the choice of shutting this door that she has opened. Before doing this, I’m planning on guiding her through the process of forgiveness: of herself and of others.
Any comments or suggestions will be of great help to me.
I warmly thank you in advance.
There are a number of things that I would like to address.
- With regards to you own protection: when dealing with energy healing methods as that of reiki, it is necessary that we (meticulously and thoroughly) cleanse ourselves energetically, before and subsequent to the healing session. This is on account of the fact that such healing methods are carried out in close contact and especially because we apply our hands directly onto the sufferer. Furthermore, when having to heal “heavy” energies, a salt-water bath is recommended for the healer. Otherwise, he/she is vulnerable to becoming ‘infected’ by the sufferer’s aura.
2. If you are being trained on the Morphogenesis system, then the healing process can be equally or even more effective than that of reiki, minus the direct body-to-body contact. This way, provided that you strictly follow the instructions of the Morphogenesis protocol (preparation, execution, what comes next etc.) you will run no risk of ‘astral infection’.
Now regarding your friend, you are right in considering applying the process of forgiveness. However, if her illness is not at a late and hopeless stage but at a phase where there is scope for her to fight it on her own, then it’s better to carry out a number of sessions where you can help her discover what ‘she is subconsciously gaining from her illness’- pity? Love? Attention? Redemption and relief from her troubles? Vengeance from those who will feel guilty after she ‘leaves’? After you’ ve figured it out, encourage her to love herself again ‘for who she is’ and motivate her to consciously fight her battle to live. Here you can also assist her in carrying out the Morphogenesis ‘Convergence of Psychic Powers’ exercise.
At the same time, pay attention to your friend’s diet and her energetic reinforcement via homeopathic herbal therapy and Bach flower remedies.
All the best,
The contributors of Morphogenesis.
