Whenever I try to achieve a ‘state of void’ I can’t get all of my thoughts out of my mind. At times when I have tried to ‘let go’ a bit more, I ended up losing myself and carried on for a longer period than the time-duration advised. Since we are not dealing with Meditation, do you have any tips as to how to manage a state of void free from thoughts? Or should I be satisfied by the fact that I am doing my best and will manage to achieve what I want slowly-slowly by practising?
In reading your e-mail I was glad to see that you questions arise from the practical implementation of the protocol.
You are indeed doing the best that you can and you will achieve what you want if you continue practising. However, there is another little trick that has come about from the experience on the Forces of Light, which you will find very helpful! It’s called ‘internal pulsation”!
This entails imagining that you can hear you heart-beat continuously (for the duration that you are in a state of void) and that with every beat, you are essentially checking whether you sub-conscious is indeed in a void.
This way you will manage to focus on the imaginary heart-beats (whether you want to or not) and there will practically be no room for thoughts, feelings etc.
I’m positive that it will really help you…
Good luck in the process of your conscious creation
